Refund policy

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by 1st4leathers Limited.

2. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) via email to sales@1st4leathers.com stating the reason for the return. Once your return request is accepted, you will be furnished with the return address, to send your purchased item(s) back to, which we must receive within 14 days of your return request being accepted. You will be responsible for the return delivery charge and original postage costs incurred by us when shipping your item(s) out to you. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging with all tags present. In addition if the item has a used smell for example aftershave or smoke a refund will not be issued.

Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will inspect them, to satisfy ourselves, that they are in the same original condition that we sent them out in, and issue your refund within 2 working days (please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to clear back to your original payment method). Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear or Swim Wear.

3. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
